Pricing

Private sessions are offered as a package of ten sessions.

10 sessions: $1100

Working together over multiple sessions allows us to gradually unwind patterns of tension and support sustainable change.


About your instructor

Private sessions are guided by Tyler, a yoga instructor and U.S. Air Force veteran based in Sioux Falls.

His teaching emphasizes grounded, accessible movement and careful attention to the body’s patterns of tension and compensation. The goal is not performance, but sustainable movement and a greater sense of steadiness over time.
