I founded Sioux Falls Yoga LLC to offer private, one-on-one instruction for busy professionals who want to move better, think more clearly, and carry less tension into their day.

My approach grew out of balancing physical training with demanding professional environments. Over time, yoga became less about performance and more about steadiness, resilience, and learning how to stay grounded under pressure. That perspective shapes every session I teach: accessible, breath-centered movement that builds strength and mobility while supporting sustainable progress.

As a U.S. Air Force veteran, I bring a calm, steady presence to my work. My goal is to create a space that feels focused, respectful, and free of ego, where you can make real progress at a pace that fits your life.
